Vodafone Turkey Announces the Acquisition of Borusan Telekom

Vodafone a mobile money transfer service provider that enhances Microfinance announces that it has agreed to acquire Borusan Telekom, an enterprise focused provider of fixed voice and data services in Turkey. As at 31 December 2008, Borusan Telekom had gross assets of US$18 million and for the year ended 31 December 2008, net revenues of US$70 million.
